Did you know that eligible cardholders can access Capital One Offers? It’s a one-stop shop for offers from hundreds of brands. You read that right: You can get rewarded for shopping at the brands you already love. Want to learn more? Let’s dive in.
Who is Offers for?
Capital One Offers is available to cardholders across Canada (excluding Quebec), as long as their account is in good standing (as defined in our Cardholder Agreement). That means you can get access to Capital One Offers whether you’re just starting out with credit or building a stronger credit score. Offers may vary by cardholder.
What kind of offers are available?
We won’t keep you waiting for the good stuff. We’re excited to offer deals from hundreds of your favourite brands. Although the brands featured could change at any time, there’s always something good to be found in a range of categories – like electronics, household items, clothing, beauty, travel, sports equipment and much more.
How does it work?
Follow these 3 easy steps to start saving:
1. Sign in: Sign in to the Capital One mobile app and browse hundreds of offers. If it’s your first time signing in since we introduced this exciting feature, you’ll have to enable Offers to get started.
2. Shop: Select an offer and follow the link to the merchant’s page to complete your online purchase. Be sure to check out the details and exclusions on each offer.
3. Earn: You typically receive your statement credit in about 45 days, but it can take up to 90 days in some instances.
How are statement credits calculated?
Long story short: If your offer is 5% back, for example, you’ll get a statement credit for 5% of the subtotal of your eligible purchase (offers exclude taxes, shipping, credits, fees or third-party add-ons). Statement credits don’t apply to monthly credit card payments, so even though your credits could lower your balance, you’ll still need to make the minimum monthly payment before the due date to keep your account in good standing.
Are Capital One Shopping and Offers the same?
You might already use Capital One Shopping – a browser plug-in and mobile app that search for coupon codes while you shop online – but Capital One Offers isn’t the same. These deals are exclusive to Capital One cardholders and are only available through our mobile app. If you’re not a Capital One customer yet, now is a great time to consider applying for a card. Check which card you’ll be pre-approved for without hurting your credit score. And as a cardholder, you can start using Capital One Offers right away.

Can Capital One Offers be combined with coupons, other shopping portals or discount codes?

Which Capital One accounts are eligible for the Offers program?
All Capital One accounts (not including Quebec) in good standing are eligible for the Offers program. However, Offers is not currently available in French or to cardholders in Quebec.
Can I share offers with friends and family?
What if I return or cancel the item I purchased?
If you end up returning a portion of your purchase, the returned portion will be ineligible for a statement credit. If you cancel your entire purchase, no statement credit will be issued since the purchase is no longer being fulfilled.
